Accommodations: Guest rooms and suites are contained within white-walled, stone buildings topped with blue domes. The Luxury guestrooms, junior suites, 1- and 2-bedroom luxury suites, and 3 categories of penthouse suites all have spacious living areas, private balconies or terraces, dressing rooms, and marble baths with oversized tubs and shower stalls. Views are of the gardens, ocean, or pools. Amenities include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, telephone with voicemail, complimentary mini-bar, and bath amenities. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Dining & Entertainment: The resort's most unique feature is its hydroponic farm and organic gardens, which provide the talented culinary staff with a constant supply of fresh herbs and vegetables. TIP: Tours of the hydroponic farm are given on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 11:00am. Mediterraneo is a poolside restaurant, where the menu includes Spanish, Italian, French, and Greek entrees. An open juice bar serves smoothies at breakfast, and a brick oven fires up pizza for lunch. There is a lobster buffet on Tuesday nights, and a Caribbean barbecue buffet on Fridays. Santorini is a AAA 4-Diamond Award winning restaurant, open for dinner-only. Innovative gourmet cuisine is paired with selections from an extensive wine cellar, and a sommelier is on staff. On Mondays and Thursdays, you can reserve a spot at the Hands-On Luncheon, where you'll learn gourmet cooking while preparing a 3-course menu alongside the chef. Drinks are served at the lobby bar, and the pool/beach bar.

Recreation: There is a large, infinity-edge swimming pool that looks out onto the ocean, and a variety of water sports available at the beach. There are 3 lighted tennis courts, 2 bocce pitches, and a croquet lawn. The spa is the most elaborate on the island, with saunas, yoga, a well-equipped fitness center, a staff of personal trainers, and a varied menu of facials, massages, wraps, and beauty treatments. There is a playground and organized kids activities. Venture offsite for mountain biking, fishing scuba diving, and tours of local museums and art galleries.
