Accommodations: Guest rooms and suites are housed within the resort center, and within 7 riverside, 2-story buildings. The spacious Club Rooms are available with river and garden views, and in 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom categories. All include a private balcony or terrace, a king bed or 2 twin beds, a sofa bed or a daybed, and are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, telephone, in-room safe, mini-fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron/ironing board. Deluxe rooms offer more space, and are ideal for families. Suites have 2 bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, upgraded amenities, and furnished terraces overlooking the river.
Dining & Entertainment: The family-friendly Magnolia is the main restaurant, serving a variety of international dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For a touch of elegance in the evenings, dine at The Riverside. NOTE: Guest must be at least 12 years old to dine at The Riverside. The Sand Bar serves drinks and refreshments, and is conveniently located between the pool and the theater. Near the golf course, The Groucho’s on the Green serves quick a la carte meals. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks, are available all day long. NOTE: Champagne, some premium beverages, high-quality brandy, bottled and canned beverages, and the mini-bar incur an additional charge.
Recreation: There are 2 oversized multi-form pools, a kids’ pool, and an Olympic-size training pool. You can also swim in, and sunbathe alongside, the river, and shuttle service is available to a public beach 20 minutes away. NOTE: Shuttle service incurs an additional charge. There are 19 hard-surface courts, with 9 lit for night play. An assortment of water and land sports, fitness classes, and instruction in tennis, golf, and trapeze are available. A Jack Nicklaus-designed course is onsite, and several more courses are nearby. There are organized, age-appropriate clubs for infants, toddlers, children, and teenagers. River kayaking, the Kennedy Space Center, Disneyworld, and Universal Studios are among the local excursions.
