Some accommodations also have a separate bedroom, a lounge, a Jacuzzi, a radio, and a hairdryer. Luxurious Fiesta Club rooms offer access to a private lounge with continental breakfast and evening appetizers. TIP: While all the accommodations face the water, those on the 5th floor and above have views unobstructed by palm trees and bougainvillea. Guest quarters on the 1st floor have lesser views but are more spacious. The hotel has laundry services.

Choose from the buffet or the a la carte menu at the casual La Terraza, in the pool area. La Hacienda specializes in Mexican cuisine. Both the lively Bikini Bar by the pool and the relaxed Sunset Snack Bar by the beach offer refreshing cocktails and delicious light fare. Dance to live music long after the sun has gone down at the Lobby Bar. You can call on room service any time of the day or night to enjoy a drink or something to eat in the privacy and comfort of your accommodations.

Recreation: Make a splash in the ocean or the outdoor free-form swimming pool. Play beachvolleyball and water polo. The fitness center has cardiovascular equipment and free weights. You can indulge with a relaxing massage. Your children make memories at the Fiesta Kids Club. Take a walk along the Malecon and meet the locals, visit restaurants and boutiques, and watch the sunset. Golf is in the area, and whale-watching is seasonal. The resort keeps a nursery on the beach for hatching endangered turtles. From July to January, you can help in releasing them into the sea.
