Accommodations: All rooms have balconies or terraces and double Jacuzzis. Most have views of the sea, and all have in-room amenities including safes, mini-bars, satellite TV, coffee makers, and more.
Dining & Entertainment: With meals, snacks, and beverages wrapped into the All-Inclusive price, there's no restricting the joy of trying different foods at the resort's 4 restaurants and 3 bars. Bugambilias serves Mexican cuisine throughout the day. Mar Intimo serves a buffet for breakfast and lunch, and an Italian a la carte menu for dinner. Brazilian cuisine is the specialty at La Fiesta, while MoMoNoHana specializes in Oriental a la carte.
Recreation: There is plenty to see and do on Mexico's Pacific coast, but there are as many attractions found right on the resort's property. Water sports, such as windsurfing and kayaking, are particularly popular. Many guests take advantage of scuba diving lessons to explore the bay's underwater attractions. The kids are well taken care of at the activity-packed kids' club, while entertainment and mingling opportunities abound in the evenings with nightly shows and theme parties.

Beach Description
Over 15 miles of grey sandy beach, the All Inclusive package includes: catamaran ride, boogie boards, life jackets, windsurfing and windriders.

Restaurants
There are 3 Restaurants at Vallarta Palace:
- Mar Intimo - An International restaurant with a casual atmosphere, though sandals and shorts are not allowed. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance. Guests can only use once per stay, and no children under 9 years old. Closed on Sunday.
- Bugambilias - The indoor air-conditioned main restaurant with buffet services during breakfast (7:00 am to 11:30 am), lunch (1:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and dinner (6:30 pm to 10:00 pm).
- La Fiesta - Features a la carte dinner grill and seafood from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. Res- ervations are required. The restaurant operates January to April and November to December 4 days a week (Sun, Wed, Thu and Fri)
