Accommodations: The guest rooms and suites are housed within 2-story bungalow-style buildings. In-room amenities include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephones, in-room safes, mini-bars, coffee makers, hairdryers, and iron/ironing boards. All rooms have private balconies or terraces with hammocks, and either 1 king-sized bed or 2 double beds. Baths have marble counters and glassed-in showers. The mini-bar is restocked every other day.
Dining & Entertainment: There is a main buffet restaurant that offers a selection of international fare and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a poolside snack bar, and 3 specialty restaurants: A restaurant specializing in Mexican cuisine; another which serves American-style entrees; and a steak house. All drinks – including premium beverages and the drinks available in your mini-bar – are included, and snacks and refreshments are available 24-hours a day. A nightclub and evening shows provide after-dark distractions.
Recreation: With the proximity to the Palancar Reef, snorkeling and diving are popular pastimes, and an on-site PADI-certified dive center offers instruction from novice to expert, equipment rentals, and chartered scuba excursions, including night dives and cenote diving (cenotes are natural groundwater wells, once held sacred by the indigenous tribes of Mexico). The diverse selection of land andwater sports includes kayaking, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, volleyball, tennis, water polo, aerobics, and dance classes. Lucy’s Mini Club caters to travelers ages 4-12 with organized, supervised recreation and games. There is also a playground and a kids’ pool. The newly-renovated spa offers massages and beauty treatments, and also has 2 open-air Jacuzzis. Lounge chairs and sunshades are provided alongside the elaborate, lagoon-style pool, and on the beach.

The property is situated on over 170 meters of white sandy beach, perfect for lounging beneath the warm Caribbean sunshine or enjoying an array of complimentary watersports. The coral reef near the beach is considered a divers` paradise.

- El Sarape - An la carte Mexican specialty restaurant with a formal dress code, reservations are required. Men must wear long pants.

- International Buffet - The main restaurant, featuring a display kitchen and a buffet with show cooking - surprising, delicious and exquisite. Dress is casual and Bermuda shorts are permitted.
- Palapa Grill and Snack Bar - Serving snacks and grilled items the day.
